These Crankcases have been cleaned through a process called aqua blasting. We can now offer this as a service for 50 Per set not including prep work.

 
 
Crankcases gas flowed and modified for larger reed block.
 
 
We are now building engines to customers spec whether it be for Drag racing or fast road use.
 
Currently in progress is an engine aiming for 34BHP with the following Spec.
 
  • Crankcases Flowed to match new inlet manifold and increase transfer area.
  • Barrel ported and ports raised and opened for power and reliability.
  • KX 85 V Forced Reed Block
  • 34mm  Carbuerettor
  • 52mm Full circle crankshaft
  • Polini Exhaust
  • Pm tuning Centered Spark plug cylinder head and scull cap. Modified for IT piston
  • Lightened flywheel and modified ignition timing
  • Converted to Premix Oil pump removed
  • Electric water pump
